If there was a guy who wanted to sterilize parts of the population by putting a sterilizing agent in their drinking water, would you consider him to be eligible for public office? If this same guy thought that it was OK to abort babies AFTER they have been born would you be OK with that?

On forced abortions:

On government confiscation of babies:

On targeted involuntary sterilization:
The development of a long-term sterilizing capsule that could be implanted under the skin and removed when pregnancy is desired opens additional possibilities for coercive fertility control. The capsule could be implanted at puberty and might be removable, with official permission, for a limited number of births.
On mass involuntary sterilization:
Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods is a suggestion that seems to horrify people more than most proposals for involuntary fertility control. Indeed, this would pose some very difficult political, legal, and social questions, to say nothing of the technical problems. No such sterilant exists today, nor does one appear to be under development. To be acceptable, such a substance would have to meet some rather stiff requirements: it must be uniformly effective, despite widely varying doses received by individuals, and despite varying degrees of fertility and sensitivity among individuals; it must be free of dangerous or unpleasant side effects; and it must have no effect on members of the opposite sex, children, old people, pets, or livestock.
On government dictating family size:

For example, no one may lawfully have more than one spouse at a time. Why should the law not be able to prevent a person from having more than two children?

This man is serving as Obama’s “Science Czar.” I guess Obama thinks this guy is A-OK! Forced abortions, involuntary sterilization, confiscation of “illegitimate” children… all this is acceptable because he is a nut job that believes in this global population crisis blah blah blah. Do we need any MORE proof that Obama and his goons are out to get us? I think not. But still, you Zombies out there want to go ahead and support him. You tell me “Oh he’s not that bad…” or “Oh he’ll never do that…” BULL SHIT! This guy is laying the groundwork for something very, very EVIL.

Our Own Joseph Goebbels?
America will have its own Joseph Goebbels
The newest Czar coming down the pipeline is the Director of Social and Behavioral Research. Yes this new Czar will report only to the president and will be in charge of discovering why we think the way we think and why we act the way we act.
Why would we need such a Czar? Well, how else can the president package his new programs if he can’t sell it to us in a way that we will buy it? Some call this marketing. Others call it propaganda. Yeah, we will have a propaganda Czar who will find ways to make us agree and be motivated to follow government programs.
Does ANYBODY see the parallels between this and Hitler’s propaganda chief Goebbels? Well duhhh! How do you think they got people to go along with Nazi insanity for so long? They had a guy in charge of finding the right words to say and how to say them so it will make anything sound great. They delve into the psychology of the human and find the tricks to motivate the populace to their will.
If this is what Obama has in mind for Hope and Change then we might as well all don brown uniforms and salute the swastika.
In case you need it spelled out to you then… OUR GOVERNMENT IS GOING TO BE CONDUCTING RESEARCH ON HOW TO CONTROL US!!!!! It doesn’t get any more sinister than that!
As if it isn’t bad enough to be pummeled with focus groups and buzz words and clever marketing tricks already, but now we will have the full power of the Executive Branch behind this. It is an absolute abomination! It should be a crime!
What are they going to do with this research? I don’t know. Maybe they will find ways to “motivate” us to accept a green way of life. Maybe they can “motivate” us to accept higher taxes… you know for the greater good. Maybe they can find ways for us to “accept” government control over our health care. Who knows? But this eerily ties into the Census and all the other things that the government has taken over in the past 6 months.

It looks innocent enough right? Wrong. Think about it. Why would they need to do this? Why do they need to know how the American people think about things and what motivates them. Because they will use it to their advantage to sell us a bunch of authoritarian policies that will diminish OUR rights and freedoms so they will have more power over us.

9-12 counter Protest.
Well it has been a busy week for all of us!!
The Counter Protest was another great success for the 9-12 Project and Northern Colo. Tea Party!! There were approx. 100 Organizing for America (OFA) protesters and 450 9-12/Tea Party protesters at Mulberry and College in Ft. Collins on the 29th. The OFA folks were to march down to Markey’s office which when they lined up to march and then saw us line up to march, they simply left and went home. So Tom Buchanan led the way and we all marched down to Markey’s office and many went inside and expressed to her staff how they felt about health care reform bill HR 3200.
For a few moments it was intense inside the lobby but I must give Credit to Ms. Markey’s staff Ken Bennett and another staffer who listened and answered questions which is want everyone wanted. There were many people there that I did not know but the 9-12ers were respectful even though emotions were running high. GREAT JOB everyone!!!

So about 100 people showed up to rally IN FAVOR of national health care but 450 people showed up AGAINST IT! This was amazing! Yes more people showed up to the COUNTER protest than the actual protest. And the people IN FAVOR of it just WENT HOME! HA! that’s dedication for you!
This is what can happen when WE ORGANIZE and show up and express our opinion. The radical leftists do NOT have a monopoly on protesting and organizing. We need to keep at it folks and not let them pass a public option in health care reform. If congress DOES pass it, it will be the beginning of the END!

Turbo Tax Tim says it’s all good
As the Treasury Chief assures China that their investments are still good, the U.S. continues to trash the dollar and run huge deficits. He is all but begging the Chinese not to bail on us now. After all they have a vested interest in us right?
This is the problem we have in America. We depend so much on DEBT and foreign investment that we have to beg other nations to have faith in us. Is THIS what we have become? An old worn out has been? Foreign nations are carving us up, we’re shipping jobs overseas and we are on our knees begging the CHICOMS of all people! Begging them to have faith in US and not to bail on us.
This is the product of irresponsible government. Ultimately it’s the responsibility of the we the people because we are just like the government. We spend more than we have and then beg creditors to give us more money. Just like the creditors who have been tightening up their belts and stopped lending, I think the Chicoms will eventually stop lending as well. Then where will we be? Up shit creek? Yeah, probably…
This is what I call El ! Unless the people of this nation are more responsible, and realize that elections have serious consequences then we will never pull out of this.
I mean look how irresponsible WE’VE been with our voting! We elected a man in 2000 based on his name. We elected a man in 1992 because he was smooth and good looking. We have been sucky at picking presidents AND congressmen. We are to blame for all of this!
Yeah, so next time the government pisses you off, why don’t you slap yourself in the face. In the meantime, turbo tax cheat Tim Geithner is going to beg more countries to lend us money so we can put the final nails in our coffin. We’ve already been buried alive, but why try to dig out now? I mean this borrowing and spending money we don’t have is REALLY working out for us… Why change now?
Senators knew they were getting special treatment
Sen. Chris Dodd (D-Conn) and Sen. Kent Conrad(D-ND) were both told they were getting special deals from Countrywide on their mortgages. Yet they have continually lied about it. Gee no surprise here. People like Dodd and Conrad are the reason why this country is so messed up. They feel that since they are Senators that they are special. They feel as if they are elite, and worthy of more than the average citizen.
This is why they feel like it’s okay to use taxpayer money to buy themselves re-election after re-election. They deserve it. They are special. So when the VIP guys from Countrywide offer them a sweet deal on their real estate they believe that it’s perfectly justified, even though Senate ethics rules specifically prohibit such activities.
Rules? To hell with the rules! This is why we need to get rid of all these damn politicians and start fresh. If we ousted every single incumbent in the next election it would send a message to the 60+ Senators and the President to LISTEN TO US and quit jerking us around!
The whole reason that these people are in office is to serve themselves and not the American People. They live for VIP deals, campaign contributions, bribes, escorts, and free stuff. Their entire decision making process revolves around how they can dupe the American people (or the people of their state or congressional district) into voting for them again. Sometimes it involves earmarks, sometimes it involves class warfare. Whatever it is they just want to keep the freebies rolling in. They think their celebrities and they deserve it.
Yep, they deserve it alright. We’re talking about a congress who hasn’t had an approval rating above 30% in probably three or four years but they deserve it alright. They deserve a swift kick to the backside and a shoe print on their posterior as we politely remove their sorry, corrupt, money-sucking, power hungry butts from office.
Fed Chair feel bad about bailouts…
The FED chairman Ben Bernanke is trying to sell us a load of crap if you ask me. He says that he was as disgusted as we all are about the bailouts. Yeah, the BAILOUTS which consolidated power in the FED and the Federal Government. I’m sure it’s a heart breaker…
Now he is pretending to be on the side of small businesses and “the little guy.” I’m not buying it. Is anyone else? Yeah I didn’t think so. Let’s face it, the Fed and other big banks run the country. That’s why banks and other financial institutions were “too big to fail.” Yeah no shit. If YOU were in control of the country and you needed a tax payer bailout, and you got one, there would be nothing fishy about that huh? Nope just business as usual right? Right.
Give me a break. The bailouts were nothing more than a taxpayer insurance payout of the big wigs and the string pullers. Go sell your crap to someone else buddy. I’m not buying your made-in-china-lead-laced-poison-dog-food.

A simple plan…
My health Care proposal…
1. Allow insurance companies to make “a la cart insurance plans.” This will allow the individual to customize their insurance plans based on costs that THE INDIVIDUAL is comfortable with. This will allow many of the poor and lower middle class to purchase basic coverage for themselves and for their families.
2. Allow individuals to purchase plans from out of state companies. This will allow for competition among the many different companies and will help drive costs down for the consumer.
3. Tort reform! America has so many lawyers that everybody is suing the pants off everybody! Doctors pay outrageous malpractice insurance rates that drive costs up. Limit the amount that can be awarded in malpractice suits so that doctors can worry about saving lives and less about getting sued.
4. Reform Medicare and Medicaid! over a third of their payments are fraudulent! This abuse is driving up health care costs as well as our national deficit! By eliminating the fraud, prices will start coming down due to efficiency and cost management. (Fraudulent payments drives prices higher because: 1. they are using up resources. 2.They are artificially Increasing demand. Basic economics: if supply decreases, price goes up… if demand increases, price goes up)
5. Start eliminating mandates by the government on what has to be covered by insurance companies. Or at least let the consumer opt out of certain types of coverage in order to obtain a cheaper rate.
These are just a few free market solutions to our health care problem. In none of these solutions is the government expanding its control over the industry or the people. In fact, people would be offered more health care choices and more affordable plans.
Cheesy Slogans and vauge promises of Change…
Now that reality is setting in for many Americans, President Obama’s promises of “Yes we Can” and “Change you Can Believe in” are starting to ring a bit hollow. Let’s face it. President Obama’s policies are not working the way he promised and people are starting to feel it in the pocket book. And the pocket book is the end all and be all of Presidential Administrations.
Bill Clinton won in 1992 with “it’s the economy, stupid!” George W. Bush won by offering a larger tax cut than Gore in 2000. And Obama won in 2008 by offering tax cuts to the middle class and promising to revive the economy. But now that we’re six months in and 7 million people have lost their jobs and Obama’s administration is claiming that they “misread” the economy it’s looking pretty bad.
Political rhetoric can only get you so far. Obama constantly blamed George W. Bush for the recession and tied Republican candidate John McCain to Bush during the election. Obama constantly reminded the populace that the economy was “inherited” by him from the Bush administration when he was pushing for the stimulus package. Now those words are hanging around but mean nothing. The American people had these words and policies shoved down their throats and it is a bitter bill to swallow (pardon the pun).
President Obama has shown either a lack of understanding in economic matters or a complete disregard for them. Either way it is unforgivable, especially since the economy was his calling card. The economy is getting worse and worse and more and more people are shifting the blame from Wall Street and Bush to Big Business and Obama, who seem to be teaming up to destroy the American economy.
The ramifications will be a loss of the super majorities that the Democrats have in both houses of Congress. If the Republicans can regain power in the congress, that might be the most beneficial thing for the economy as President Obama is weak and is easily influenced by Congress. This economy will eventually recover in two to four years.
Universal Tyranny
People are asking me why I think universal health care is tyranny. Ok one more time, the long way…
The whole premise of Universal Health Care is unconstitutional. The Constitution does not grant the U.S. Government the authority to create such an entitlement (or ANY entitlement). Please note the 9th Amendment of the Constitution.
”The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”
This is saying that the Federal Government must recognize that just because there are rights written down in the Bill of Rights, does not mean that these are the ONLY rights the people have. Many would use this as support for the “right to universal healthcare.” They would be wrong. Healthcare IS a right however, and no Federal Authority can block you from getting it nor take it away from you if you are willing and able to pay for it. However, Universal Healthcare is unconstitutional because it would take the “right to healthcare” that you personally have and impress it upon the rest of the country as a tax payer funded obligation. Just because you have the right to something, it does not mean that you have the right to force others to pay for it, or give something of theirs up (their money) in order for you to get it. Their right to not have to pay for YOUR healthcare would ALSO be protected by the 9th Amendment. Therefore, a RIGHT is something that you have and can exercise that does not put a burden on another. Like speech, worship, etc… When people exercise these rights it does not unduly burden another person nor violate THEIR rights. I have the freedom of speech, but to assault someone (get in their face and yell obscenities at them, threaten them) is against the law because they have a right to reasonable privacy and safety.
The 10th Amendment – “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
This means that the government cannot act outside of the powers laid out in the constitution. Those powers are reserved for the states and for the people. It means that our entitlements (ALL OF THEM) are unconstitutional by their very nature. It means that Universal Health Care cannot legally exists as a Federal Program. The STATES may do such a thing, as they did in Massachusetts (by the way, you can thank Mitt Romney, Republican, for that disaster). But as a Federal program it cannot legally exist. This also means that even a “public option” cannot legally exists as a federal program. Basically all the debate is moot. If Universal Health Care becomes law, it violates the constitution. It violates OUR rights as citizens to not be forced by the federal government to have to pay for someone else’s health care. It violates insurance companies rights to not have to compete against unfair competition. The government makes the rules, and now will be competing against private companies. When the government wants to take the advantage over the private companies, all it has to do is change the rules, just like any tyrant.
Finally our right to healthcare (the very thing these people say they want to protect) will be violated as employers drop their health benefits. Why would they do that? Well because, they COULD offer their own (and get taxed on it) OR they could just pay into the public plan and offer employees higher salaries. I know what you’re saying… “Then you’d still have healthcare!” But you’d be on the public plan. Which as we all know would end up rationing healthcare based on discriminatory practices of age, race, gender, and disability. Face it folks, there is not enough health care to go around. That’s why 47 million people DON’T have it. How can the government just wave a magic wand and suddenly create more doctors and people in the health care industry. It can’t. I know they say they can but here’s the reality.
The Public Option is part of the health care reform that’s going on. One of the subjects of the debate is how to lower costs. First of all, how does the private sector lower costs? They do it with advances in technology, efficiency, and productivity. How does government lower costs? Anybody? Exactly they DON’T. Why? Because government is a consumer and not a producer; because government doesn’t have to turn a profit. Government always increase the cost of things because no one in government wants to cut their little pet projects out of the budget. Government raises cost because they cannot efficiently manage anything that has a limited supply. Look at Medicare and Medicaid; they’re bankrupt! Why? Because the government can’t stop the fraudulent payments that amount to almost 1/3 of all Medicare and Medicaid costs.
So if the government can’t lower costs by using efficiency, then can they do it by increasing the supply of doctors? Maybe, but if you did your math then you’d know that the Government would have to pay for all the Doctor’s educations (through education programs and such) which would just raise costs (to the budget) elsewhere. Plus, without an increase in efficiency, the increase in doctors would result in an increase in fraudulent payments with Medicare and Medicaid. So that’s not going to help either.
The only other thing they could do would be to limit payments that the doctors receive from this Public Option. That means the government would pay below market prices for the same care that others with private insurance would get. This would do two things. Doctors would begin refusing public option patients (which would be discrimination) OR they would give subprime care to them. Either way the government would not stand for it. Many doctors, knowing that their services could no longer produce the income necessary to pay off their exorbitant student loans would find another line of work. Thus reducing the supply and increasing the demand per capita. This of course would result in higher prices.
So where does that leave us? Rationing. The government would then have to rationalize every medical procedure and weigh it against certain criteria to determine if giving you certain medical treatments are “worth it.” The human would be reduced to a number of attribute like age, race, sex, orientation, disability and other criteria and attributes. You may need heart surgery but if you’re 73 you probably won’t get it because a younger person may need those fund and can be more useful to society for a longer period of time. Or, you may not get pain medications because hell, you’re going to die anyway we can save money and use it on more productive members of our society. That, or they will ration medical care based on who can wait in line the longest. You may wait 9 to 12 hours in the emergency room for a shot of penicillin meanwhile you die from the infection.
And with that kind of control the government would require all the people to be as healthy as possible. They would pass laws in an attempt to keep the costs down by mandating healthy lifestyles. The government would regulate what we eat, drink, do, everything that goes into our bodies, and all of our activities. They would probably monitor us in a way never imagined before. All under the guise of keeping us healthy. Imagine, sugar intake limits, meat and cheese limits, limits on alcohol and tobacco. These are things that we Americans can choose for ourselves. If we do have vices that affect our health we usually pay for that in increased insurance premiums.
Whether it is by creating entitlements for the taxpayer to fund; or by forcing insurance companies out of business with unfair racketeering-like practices; forcing doctors to accept payment that is below market value; or if it’s just plain old fashion rationing, the government would be tyrannical by forcing its will on the American people. It should be noted that with all of these plans the quality of care would not increase. When greater access is granted to an already strained system the quality will go down. And remember if the government was going to improve the medical infrastructure, it would come at a great cost to the tax payer.
That is why it is tyrannical. All these changes are coming to us, not out of a desire to actually improve anything, but as a means to consolidate power in the government over us. Did you ever wonder what they would REALLY do with this kind of regulatory power? It is quite scary! I imagine something like 1984 where big brother watches us eat and sleep and work.
That is tyranny. It’s tyranny because we don’t really know what they are using their power for.
